The iconic auto builder Jaguar presented on the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance two exclusive models: the Jaguar XJL Ultimate and Jaguar XJ all-wheel drive.
The stylish Jaguar XJL Ultimate features a luxurious interior with reclining and massaging rear bench seats, a rear motorized pop-up business table and a champagne chiller. The rear comprtnemt is also highlighted by iPads and wireless keyboards for the passengers. The cabin is fitted with five eight-inch screen screens controlled by a touchscreen remote control. Occupants are able to enjoy Jaguar’s Rear Seat Entertainment system.
The Ultimate comes with a 20-speaker audio system by a British company Meridian, which creates the stereos in the Range Rover Evoque and McLaren MP4-12C.
The 2013 XJ is powered by a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine and all-wheel-drive system. The powertrain produces 335 horsepower. It is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The rear air suspension of the XJ Ultimate has been upgraded for optimized ride comfort.
Thirty units of Jaguar’s XJ Ultimate in Black Amethyst finish will be available in the US. Each will be priced at $155,875.
The Jaguar XJ Ultimate features a chrome finishing for the lower air intakes on the front fascia, and “Ultimate” badging. It is fitted with a striking 20-inch aluminum wheels.
